Privacy policy

Event App is a service where organizers create apps for their events and attendees open them. This page explains which data we store and why.

Your account

We store your email address (for code sign-in), your interface language, when you last signed in and the profile you fill in yourself: name, photo, job title, company, bio, interests, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and whether to show your contacts. To protect sign-in, the server records the IP address and browser of a session.

Taking part in events

We know which events you joined, who you marked as “want to meet” (only you see this) and the reports you sent. Other attendees see your profile only if you chose to appear in the list; your contacts only if you shared them. An organizer sees the attendees of their event.

What stays on your device

Notes stay on your device and never reach our server. To work offline, the app keeps what you opened on your device for up to 7 days: events, agendas, speakers, attendee profiles and your own profile.

Emails

We send sign-in codes, team invitations, emails about your organization (Community plan decisions, ownership transfers) and announcements from organizers of events you joined. You can unsubscribe from each event’s announcements with the link in the email.

Payments

Organizers pay by card through LiqPay; we never receive the full card number. We store the amount, currency, status, order number, the masked card number and bank, and LiqPay’s payment response (it may include the payer’s name, phone and IP address).

Cookies

We use no analytics or advertising cookies. There is only a session cookie to stay signed in to the panel and a cookie with the language you picked on this site.

Your rights

In the app profile you can download your data and delete your account — your profile and event participation are then deleted for good. If you own an organization, transfer it to a teammate first. Payment records and reports you sent are kept, as accounting and safety require.
